Sectional hearth ovens provide simultaneous (according to the number nonvolatile sections) baking of different rye-and-wheat and wheat bread kinds, wide range confectionary, as well as the products made of laminated dough. Each section of the oven PHP-144-Ý-Ï is equipped with the independent thermoregulator and steam humidifier.
Gas oven PHP-192-Ã differs structurally: each section has glass door that gives the possibility to visually control the process of bakery and confectionary baking.
Special attention shall be paid to the following advantages of this own:
- the oven sole is made of fireproof ceramic material;
- metal construction is made of stainless steel that significantly increases the oven operating life;
- enclosure ensures the removal of combustion products from the oven area;
- the steam humidifier system gives the possibility to distribute steam evenly at each oven stage or in necessary quantity to each oven stage, depending on baked production;
- temperature and time parameters are set with the help of electronic control box;
- the oven operating safety is ensured by the thermoregulator that controls the waste gases temperature.
