Dough-mixing machines have kneading element in the form of blade that gives the possibility to qualitatively mix the ingredients and to get smooth dough.
The kneading element lift is carried out manually.
Dough-mixing machines may be additionally completed with stainless steel and ferrous metal bowls. These machines are used at the baking enterprises, in pastry shops, in the shops of the public catering enterprises, etc.
