
The frying pan refers to the category of professional kitchen equipment and is intended for frying, stewing, poaching of meat, fish and vegetable products and sautéing of vegetables at public catering enterprises, both independently and in processing line combination. The frying pan bowl is made of cast iron, which is notable for its high thermal conductivity in comparison with steel that gives the possibility not only to increase the food cooking easiness but also to save electricity. The coating is made of stainless steel; there is fixed water input and shower with stretching hose for facilitation of cleansing. There is also the possibility of the frying pan inclination in order to facilitate its washing-up.
