
Fixed electrical range with cast-iron burners and oven refer to the category of professional kitchen equipment and is intended for cooking of various dishes from meat, fish and vegetables, independently or in processing line combination. The front and upper part of the coating is made of stainless steel. To facilitate the range washing-up, the baking tray guides are demountable. The oven has convection that gives the possibility to bake pastry on one baking tray. The presence of spaces between the burners allows free passing of leaks to the range lower part to pull-out tray.
