It is performed due to design style of other Sorrento displays, this model can be used as a part of display line with usage of hermetic volume separator during assembling.

Sorrento-K display is intended for confectionery storage and demonstration. Posessing all the advantages of Sorrento family, this display stipulates engineering solutions that increase its advantages as of confectionery display: useful volume dynamic cooling, presentation area of lower movable row is increased for 20% lower roll-out shelves with noiseless and smooth running system; two additional shelves in exposition volume, which regulated mounting height; additional luminescent lamp.
Sorrento-T
Sorrento-T display is intended for cooked foods storage and demonstration in the increased humidity and temperature medium. When connected to water piping, automatics keeps constant water level in a vapor bath. Mechanic thermostat provides temperature keeping up to +90°Ñ, temperature readings duplicate on the indicator in an exposition area. Additional infrared heaters affect directly the demonstrating product . Ventilation of exposition volume creates uniform temperature field and prevents vapor concentration.

Sorrento-UV display is intended for creating Sorrento display lines of various configuration. Presence of own cooling system, electronic control panel and cooled repository permits use it not only as a part of a line, but as a separate display.
