Fish on ice
Construction of fish on ice display is developed for work in aggressive environments: brazed casing of stainless steel, demonstration trays of stainless steel with slots for meltwater draining away, vaporizer protection of stainless steel. For better production exposition low glassing is mounted on a display. Powerful and economy imported refrigerating package keeps the useful volume temperature from 0 to -5 °C. Electronic controller with automatic vaporizer defrost function is mounted on a display.
Standard configuration:
- Unitary-brazed casing of stainless steel;
- electronic control panel;
- vaporizer automatic defrost;
- imported parts of cooling system;
- side panels and casing are filled with polyurethane foam;
- possibility of display base colour choice.
