Racks manufacture is performed with use of high-class equipment. Accuracy of sheet metal turning in parts making on LVD bending machine (Belgium), coordinate-revolver press FINN-POEWER (Finland), Boshert (Germany), Zinser plasma arc cutting machines (Germany), simplifies further racks assembling process.

For strength improvement metal profiles are welded to the shelves, shelves attachment is performed with help of support hooks of 3 mm steel what permits racks withstand load of more than 150kg/m2. For dyeing the production powder paint is used that is several times sustainable in comparison with classic dyeing methods.

Assembly is carried out due to the principle of constructor. Large assortment of manufactured parts permits wall-mounted (among them corner) and islands of various configuration with upper freeze and without, with illumination or without, and also with different accessorizes.

"ROSS" offers following main variants of rack assembling:

• Attachable and unitary rack sections;
• Outer and inner corner racks
• Single-sided racks (for books, bread, confectionery, with pawls);
• Multi-purpose racks and racks for vegetables (single-sided, double-sided);
• Forced single-sided racks.
