Chest freezers are ideal for long-term storage of frozen vegetables and berries, fish and meat semi-finished products. Chest freezers with solid lid are mainly used in warehouses and in storage spaces of retail outlets. They allow to save the working area by opening the lids upwards and have insignificant heat loss.

• the casing and lids are filled with polyurethane foam in forms under high pressure. It ensures effective insulation and does not require additional  operating time for compressor. It does not add power consumption, and also increases the stiffness of the casing structure and eliminates welding during assembly for corrosion elimination. In the event of a power failure or breakage of the chest, effective isolation will allow to maintain a low temperature inside the chest during the day but with a tightly closed lid;

• opening the lids of the freezing chests upwards prevents warm air from entering the box, and this helps to maintain an optimal temperature regime with much lower energy costs;
• solid lids are equipped with magnetic rubber for better sealing;
• the galvanized steel outer and inner base of the chests with a polymer coating. Galvanized steel has greater corrosion and wear resistance, as well as resistance to impact loads during operation, compared to conventional painted steel;
• a mechanic thermostat provides control of the refrigeration circuit, switching on or off the compressor when the preset temperature values ​​are reached within the entire cooled volume;
• The forced air cooling remote condenser does not allow the walls of the chest to heat up, provides greater stability and economy of the case’s operation at high ambient temperatures, therefore increases the service life;
• reinforced hinges and handles withstand extensive long-term operation;
• for safe operation of the chests, their connection to electrical power is made through a two-pole socket with grounding contacts or permanently through the connection box with a three-core wire, one of which must be yellow-green for grounding;
• Uninterrupted operation at ambient temperature up to +32 ° С;
