This showcase is made in the same style as the showcases of the Florenzia model range. It is installed in retail outlets and catering. Such equipment has an inclined open bath with artificial ice. Live fish and various seafood are laid out directly on the ice. This makes it possible to preserve the freshness of products for a long time and take care of their attractive appearance. Perforated trays provide drainage of melt water. The further discharge of melt water occurs through a special fitting.
