San Remo “fish on ice”
It is designed for short-term storage, demonstration and sale of fresh fish and seafood. Made in a uniform design style with othe showcases of the San Remo range. The display case has an inclined open bath with artificial ice. Live fish and various seafood are laid out directly on the ice. This makes it possible to preserve the freshness of products for a long time and take care of their attractive appearance. The showcase is equipped with perforated trays through for removal of melt water and drainage with a special fitting.
In refrigerated display cases, a compressor is used. Built-in sockets for connecting electrical appliances and a wide tabletop provide maximum comfort for work.
The showcase can be equipped with front glass.
