In display cases with a dynamic type of cooling, a double cooling circuit with a duct system in the demonstration trays creates a uniform temperature field, and at the same time minimizes the winding of the products. Constant ventilation of the evaporator prevents the growth of the snow “coat”, which makes it possible to refuse from defrosting with heating elements and reduce the energy consumption of the display case.
